As a remote-first company, ShipBob has adopted a virtual interview process. Here’s what you can expect during the online interview experience:

Connect with a ShipBob Talent Partner to discuss your background

Meet with a Hiring Manager to align on cultural values, skill set, and more

Complete a technical assessment, depending on the role

Participate in a panel-style interview with potential peers and stakeholders

Gain access to interview feedback, and if selected, receive an offer letter!

ShipBob utilizes Microsoft Teams as our virtual interview platform. When interviews are scheduled, a Talent Partner will send you a Teams video
link, along with tips on how best to prepare for your interview at ShipBob. Our Talent Partners aim to provide constant, transparent communication
throughout the entire interview process.

ShipBob’s wellness strategy allows employees to intentionally take a step back when they need it to create space for their overall well-being.
ShipBob has enacted various efforts to encourage a positive work-life harmony including meeting-less Fridays, quarterly wellness days, flexible
time off (employees are encouraged to take at least 10 PTO days a year), and floating holidays.
